About the Recipe
Chicken drumsticks are an excellent source of lean protein, essential for muscle repair and growth. They also provide important nutrients such as B vitamins, which support energy production, and selenium, an antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage. Additionally, baking the chicken helps retain more of these nutrients compared to frying.
The seasoning blend of garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and black pepper not only adds a burst of flavor but also brings numerous health benefits. Garlic powder has been shown to boost the immune system and reduce blood pressure, while paprika is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and E, promoting skin and eye health.
