2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, mix together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened to your liking.
Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Pour the sauce into a jar or bottle and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
