Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons molasses

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened to your liking.

  4. Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool to room temperature.

  5. Pour the sauce into a jar or bottle and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
