About the Recipe
In Jamaican culture, grilling is more than just a cooking method; it’s a social event that brings people together. The aroma of marinated chicken sizzling on the grill is a familiar and comforting scent, reminiscent of beachside barbecues and festive backyard parties. Our recipe for BBQ Chicken captures this spirit, offering tender, juicy chicken with beautifully crispy skin, all coated in a tangy, flavorful BBQ sauce.
Serve this BBQ Chicken hot off the grill with your favourite side dishes, such as rice and peas, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad, and enjoy a hearty and wholesome meal.
